BOX OFFICE F.A.Q.'s:
- Extended hours are available on event days, with the Box Office remaining open until the start of the event or opening 2 hours prior to events on days where we are typically closed.
- Please note that at this time, accessible seating purchases are only available through in person and over the phone sales at 705-746-4466.
- You will receive an email confirming your purchase upon successful transaction completion of your cart. Please be sure to check your email spam filter if you do not receive after purchase.
- To view all your upcoming events once you have logged in to your account (for tickets purchased either online, over the phone, or in person), click here.
- To view all your past online purchaes only once you have logged in to your account, click here.
- Please note, we do not send tickets electronically via email. Tickets can be picked up upon your arrival for an event at our Box Office or during our business hours. Should you choose to have your tickets mailed to you during your purchase, mailing fees will apply and are non-refundable. Tickets for events within the next 14 days will not be mailed out. The Stockey Centre is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail.
- Upon purchasing a membership online while there is an event with an active membership access code, you will receive your membership discount access code via email within 24 hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm). Memberships purchased on Sundays and Mondays will receive their code on Tuesday.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any regular priced, discounted, or season tickets.
